We are committed to providing you with the best experience possible when scheduling your tutoring sessions, which is why we've streamlined the process to make sure you get a tutoring session as soon as possible. Our online platform allows us to provide tutoring from anywhere. Read below to learn more about the specifics and the registration process.

We use Zoom which is a virtual meeting app for your tutoring sessions. All of our sessions are 40 minutes long, but please allow up to an hour for your meeting. We usually offer Monday-Friday tutoring from 7 AM to 9 PM, but we can work with you if these timings don't fit your schedule.
When we schedule a tutoring session, we look at our volunteer tutors' availabilities and find the best person that fits your needs. We will provide the tutor with your individual Zoom link and your specific questions. Your tutoring session will be scheduled as soon as possible!
3 Easy Steps to a Tutoring Session

First, you'll need to register to receive tutoring sessions. We'll ask you to fill out some basic information along with your needs for the tutoring session, including availability and requested subjects. Make sure to send us a completed parent permission form otherwise we cannot schedule your tutoring session.

Once we receive both your registration and parent permission form, you will receive an email with your individual Zoom meeting link, your scheduled meeting date(s) and time(s), and the contact information of your tutor within 48 hours. Make sure to test and/or download Zoom using your individual Zoom link before your meeting.

Once your meeting day arrives, please make sure to join the call a few minutes early in case technical issues arise and once your meeting is over, fill out the exit survey to give us feedback about your session and your tutors. You can also request additional sessions in this form as well.
