We couldn't offer tutoring to our students without our team of volunteer tutors. Bobby loves to seeing others succeed and he is hoping he can help you flourish in school. He has experience tutoring over the summer and understands how to break harder concepts into digestible parts. He enjoys basketball and talking with friends. He also spends an unhealthy amount of time watching memes.

Alex Chang is a student in high school who enjoys working with people of all ages. They has worked with kids before at various summer camps and wants to help students who need aid with schoolwork, as they definitely would have wanted a program such as LHL helping them when they were in middle school. In their free time, Alex teaches themselves how to draw and dance, and they also enjoys learning Krav Maga and kickboxing.

James is a lover of basketball, YouTube production, fashion, and gaming. Although the may not be the best at all of these things, it is what he enjoys. Therefore, he persevered or engages passionately and fully in these activities no matter what anyone says.

Roma is a student at the Early College at Guilford. She has served as a near-peer mentor for various programs, including the IT is for Girls summer camp. In her free time, Roma enjoys playing the piano, embroidering, and going out for a run! She believes that educational resources should be available to all students, despite the circumstances, and thus is looking forward to helping and encouraging students through this online learning helpline!

Nashwa Dirar is a student at ECG who enjoys playing the violin, sewing, and reading. She loves cats and watching Criminal Minds. She has tutored for two years at her local elementary school, and informally tutored her 3 younger siblings. She wants to participate in LHL to help others through their courses during these hard times.
